To ensure transparent engagement across regional offices, international hubs, working groups, and public field initiatives, the Belarusian Representative Assembly, Inc. outlines its participation structure pursuant to Article III of its Bylaws.
- Categories of Participation
The Assembly recognizes four distinct operational levels of engagement:
- Participants: Individuals supporting the mission or taking part in public, field, or cultural programs.
- Verified Participants: Individuals who complete Board-approved verification procedures to access secure digital infrastructure and consultation mechanisms.
- Delegates: Designated representatives from Regional Hubs, Working Groups, or Project Teams communicating collective perspectives in Assembly forums.
- Institutional & Community Partners: Non-profit entities, cultural associations, educational institutions, and Indigenous or local community organizations operating under formal agreements or Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
- Clarification on Corporate Membership
Participation, verification, delegation, or affiliation with the Assembly does not constitute statutory corporate membership under Delaware law. Participation confers no statutory voting rights regarding the election or appointment of the Corporation’s Board of Directors. - Security and Integrity Standards
Recognizing physical, legal, and digital risks—particularly for individuals participating from high-risk or sensitive jurisdictions—the Board of Directors maintains strict confidentiality and verification standards to protect participant safety, organizational assets, and data integrity.
